Our experienced and highly trained caregivers provide the highest quality of care to the persons we serve in their natural homes. Our goal is to help individuals and their loved ones live happy and fulfilling lives. . In-Home Supports are supports that are provided by a Direct Support Professional to a person that lives in their natural home for up to 8 hours per day 7 days per week.
Respite care services are the provision of short-term, temporary relief to those who are caring for family members enrolled in the Waiver. Respite care will ensure that persons will continue to receive services and have access to community activities as described in their ISP/Plan of Care including transportation to and from the activities.
